TOYS13 is registered and located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. For privacy questions or requests, email support@toys13.com and include enough information for us to locate your account or order. Do not email passwords or full payment-card details.

When you use Google sign-in, we receive basic account information Google provides for authentication, such as your name, email address, and profile image where available. We use it to create or access your TOYS13 account and maintain your sign-in session. We do not ask for access to Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or other Google services through this sign-in flow.

For orders and customer support, we may collect your contact details, delivery and billing addresses, order contents, seller, payment status and transaction references, shipping/tracking information, preorder activity, and messages or evidence you send us about an issue.

When a seller uses seller login, we process the email address used for the one-time verification code and account/session information needed to authenticate that seller. We also receive basic technical and security information from site requests and service logs.

We use information to authenticate users, operate accounts, accept and fulfil orders, coordinate with sellers and delivery providers, process payments, provide order and preorder updates, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, protect the service, and meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

We use Google account data only for sign-in, account identity, and related account communications. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. We do not use Google user data for purposes unrelated to the sign-in functionality described here.

The site uses Vercel Analytics for website usage measurement and diagnostics. Analytics information is handled by that service provider under its applicable terms and privacy practices.

We share only the information needed with service providers that help operate the site, authenticate accounts, host and secure the service, send email, measure site usage, and process payments. Razorpay processes payment interactions; TOYS13 receives the transaction information needed to confirm and support an order.

For an order, the relevant seller and shipping or customs providers receive information needed to prepare, deliver, track, and support that order. We may also disclose information where required by law, to address security or fraud, or to protect users and the service.

TOYS13 does not sell personal information. Service providers may process information in India or other countries where their systems or the relevant delivery operations are located, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

Account, order, seller-session, and related records are stored in TOYS13’s application database and systems. We use access controls and security measures intended to protect them, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, maintain account and order records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Retention periods depend on the record and applicable requirements.

You can update some account details in your account settings and can sign out of your account. You may email support@toys13.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where the law permits or requires us to do so.

You can review or revoke Google account permissions from your Google Account settings. Revoking sign-in access may prevent you from using Google sign-in with the account until access is restored or another supported sign-in method is available.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to TOYS13, contact support@toys13.com so we can review the request.

We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page.
