TOYS13 is registered and located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. These terms apply when you browse or use toys13.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policy linked from the relevant product offer, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

The storefront serves customers in India and the United States, including nationwide U.S. domestic orders and cross-border shipments between India and the United States. The seller, dispatch origin, currency, delivery estimate, and import-charge arrangement can vary by offer and are shown with the listing or order details.

You are responsible for keeping access to your account and sign-in methods secure, providing accurate order information, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account use. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content, or use another person’s account without permission.

Google sign-in is used to identify your TOYS13 account. Your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices.

A product may be offered by an independent seller or by TOYS13. The offer and order confirmation identify the seller where available. A marketplace seller is responsible for its product offer, accurate product information, fulfilment, and any expressly offered DIT/LIT coverage, subject to applicable law. If TOYS13 is identified as the seller, TOYS13 is responsible as seller for that transaction.

Product images, collectible condition, packaging, availability, and preorder estimates are described in the relevant offer. Place an order only after reviewing the seller, product details, shipping origin, delivery estimate, return/refund terms, and any import charges. An order is subject to seller acceptance and payment authorization; we may reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, or law requires it. Any required refund will be handled under the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Prices, currency, shipping charges, taxes, and payment methods are shown at the relevant offer or checkout. For cross-border orders, customs duty, import tax, brokerage, and other border charges may apply. The order details should state whether those charges are included or payable by the recipient and identify the importer of record where applicable.

Payments are processed through the payment method and provider shown at checkout. Payment-provider terms may also apply to the payment transaction.

Change-of-mind returns are not voluntarily offered unless the seller’s offer says otherwise, but this does not waive any return, replacement, repair, cancellation, warranty, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. See /refunds and /shipping for more detail.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or responsibility for a party’s own conduct, express commitments, or duties imposed by law. TOYS13 does not promise optional shipping insurance unless an offer expressly says it is provided.

Site text, design, branding, and software are owned by or licensed to TOYS13 and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Product brands and third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes do not remove rights that already accrued or rights that cannot be waived.
